A sump pump that's undersized, aging, or missing a battery backup is a flood waiting for the next power outage or heavy storm to arrive.

What "specialized" actually means for sump pump installation at our company — not a marketing word, a set of specific practices.
Technicians calculate gallons-per-minute inflow before recommending a cast-iron, submersible, or pedestal pump.
We understand a dead sump pump during a storm isn't a problem that can wait for a scheduled appointment next week.
No upsell pressure toward the most expensive pump on the truck — we recommend based on your actual pit conditions and water volume.
We install backup systems that kick in automatically the instant the primary loses power or can't keep pace with inflow.
We don't run a one-size-fits-all playbook — every sump pump installation job starts from these core service components, adapted to what your property actually needs.
Installation includes a properly sealed basin lid, check valve to prevent backflow, and discharge line routed well away from the foundation. Float switches are tested and adjusted on site to confirm proper activation depth.
We size the backup to match your primary pump's capacity, not a mismatched unit that can't actually keep pace during a real event.
We evaluate your water pressure and local code requirements before recommending this system over a battery-based alternative.
A discharge line that dumps water too close to the foundation just recirculates the problem — we route lines well clear of the property and grade for proper drainage.
A standalone water-sensing alarm alerts you the moment water rises above a safe threshold in the pit, even if the pump itself is functioning.
Four steps, start to finish — from your call to a tested, running pump system.
Active flooding or a confirmed failed pump moves to priority same-day dispatch across Palestine, IL.
Trucks stock commonly needed pump models, basin liners, and battery backup units, so most replacements are completed in a single visit.
We calculate your basin's actual inflow rate and recommend pump horsepower and switch type accordingly, explained in terms you can evaluate.
New pump installations carry a written warranty covering both the unit and our installation labor.

"Our old pump died during a storm at 2am and they had someone out replacing it by that afternoon."
"They actually calculated our pit's inflow rate instead of just selling us whatever pump was on the truck. Appreciated the honesty."
"Battery backup they installed kept us dry during a multi-hour outage last winter — would've flooded otherwise."
"Quote was broken down clearly, pump versus labor versus the backup system, so we could decide what fit our budget."
